Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager;
  • Experience in FMCG sector would be a plus;
  • Data-driven thinking;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management/Economics;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing;
  • Fluent English;
  • Masterly command of Russian language;
  • Written and verbal communication skills;
  • Analytical skills and attention to details;
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in close cooperation with internal teams: sales, finance, regulatory, R&D, production, procurement and supply chain; and external team: designers, media agencies, BTL agencies and Research companies;
  • Work and coordinate SMM agency and other activities in digital placement;
  • Remain constantly aware of progress against the sales plans and take appropriate action in response to changes, which impact on the achievement of marketing plans;
  • Coordinate / Control the implementation of approved marketing plans and activities and evaluate progress toward objectives on an on-going basis, adapting priorities and marketing actions according to sales results and consumer dynamics;
  • Regularly evaluate and interpret sales, market, consumer, prices and competitor data to monitor consumer preferences and tastes and to identify the brand’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats;
  • Continuously take part in informal consumer observation sessions, and any other relevant form of information/insights downloading and sharing the output with Marketing team;
  • Ensure control of all direct marketing expenses and analyze the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of all marketing activities for the assigned brand, including comparisons with competitors’ activities, in order to achieve maximum return on investment;
  • Maintain control over all artworks and design development and revision, constantly rely on marketing aims, brands guidelines, regulatory and legal requirements;
  • Develop or adapt creative materials, POS, artworks for Kazakhstan and other Central Asia markets;
  • Ensure launch of new products/formats in time according to the marketing calendar: manage the process of new product development, conduct meeting with responsible departments, define timings, all risks and mitigation plan, regularly inform direct supervisor about the status and all risks;
  • Ensure timely Seasonal packs preparation and development with involvement of all stakeholders;
  • Timely communicate the proposed marketing/brand plan, new launches/changes in branding or technical information with stakeholders.
